Zoe: Uh huh. River, honey? He's putting the hair away now. River: It'll still be there... waiting.

F2F 2: Is there anybody here that hasn't slept together?

Plan what to do, what to wear (you can never go wrong with a corset), and get ready for the next BuffistaCon: New Orleans! May 20-22, 2005!

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

I might show my sister some of my pictures, if she asks, because I've told her enough that most of the pictures wouldn't shock her. (There are a few that she's not seeing ever, though.) My mother is not seeing any unless she insists, and even then, the ones she can see will be chosen very carefully.

You always do this. We get tipsy, and you take advantage of my love of the scientific method.

The first time I ever went on a roller coaster I was seven years old an in the front car and I FLIPPED OUT. I climbed off the old wooden coaster at Bertrand's Island with bloody knuckles and swore I'd never go on one again.

Bertrand's Island was scary from the frelling ground. No way I was ever gonna ride that thing. Wasn't even all that high, just incredibly rickety.

(And I'm probably the only one here besides Trudy who's even heard of it. It doesn't exist anymore.)

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

"That wasn't Johnny's fault"

"I don't care. I ain't no freakin' monument to justice."

LOVE this movie

It was where they shot Purple Rose of Cairo though.

Not only was it wooden and shaky, it was out over the lake. At any moment you felt like there must be six ways to die .

I didn't know that. That must have been just before they tore the place down. I loved the park. They had skee ball and bumper cars.

My favorite old coaster is the Cyclone. The views from the top are amazing.

The status is NOT quo.

I love Purple Rose of Cairo.

Also, everyone must must must see Interstate 60, which is one of the best and funniest movies ever that no one seems to have seen.

Trudy, it was. I used to take my little sisters for rides on it.

Is Ringling Brothers in Florida Circusworld? Because that became Boardwalk and Baseball, and is now out of business and (sits forlornly next to the Royals spring training facility).

"Cry havoc and let slip the boobs of war!" -- Miracleman

I showed Dave the one Ginger took of me and one of Vortex and DebetEsse in all of their corsetted beauty. He just kind of stared at it and didn't say anything

was that a good thing or a bad thing. cause men are often kind of speechless when confronted with the corsetry.
