Actually, the "together" screws up the who/that question, I think. I think it should technically be "Is there any pair of people here that hasn't slept together?" or something like that, but that sounds clunky and kind of silly.
Ooh, good point. What a crazy language we have.
I saw the S&M club, how much more buffista porn fun is there?
(Now we need to convince the HOTT drag kings to fill the club up again. Yum.)
Aimee, you're married. The burden is on the married folk to let us know if they're kissy or not. Like, at the first F2F, Jen didn't, but Plei did.
I so appreciated this, btw. I am such a kissy person by nature, but I know Dave would be really uncomfortable with it, so I respect that boundary. Cuddly, snuggly, huggy, dancy -- all good. More would be awkward for him. It was nice to not have to explain that.
So, I get all the way to the end of the 2004 F2F thread—and we’re already planning the 2005 F2F? All riiiiiight!
I still haven’t sorted out all my impressions and reactions to people and happenings. But I’m ever EVER so glad I got to attend. I’d like to promise I’ll be there next time, but it always depends on finances.
Bicyclops and Cab (hi! welcome!) and Ginger were great to let me tag along—even altered their route to pick me up. And I have to say, Cab is an awesome driver in urban scary traffic. Conversation en route both ways was varied in subject, depth, and ranged from hilarity to solemnity. It felt as easy as old friends.
Which sort of marked the whole experience for me. I had photographs and in some cases, video to provide ID. But it’s the personality that comes across onscreen over months and years. And it was those personalities I found familiar and dear. Meeting old friends for the first time, the experience was nervous-making to contemplate. But in actuality, there was little to be nervous about. These were the people I knew, just in 3-D.
The cookout at Anne’s on Thursday was a great way to ease into proximity with more than a handful of Buffistas. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, everyone was in a great mood, and hilarity was shortly the order of the evening. DX gives wonderful hugs. And Theodosia’s smile and wonderful voice leaves no excuse for shyness. Aimee is just too unexpectedly tall, but is otherwise perfectly Empirical, and her consort is just Miraculous. Lyra and P, Lee and Java, everyone there was having a good time, and welcomed the Bicyclops contingent. Anne is just the most gracious, welcoming, witty, knowledgeable about interesting stuff, and funny hostess anyone could ask for. She shared my fairytale aerie room Thursday night, and gave up her own for the Miracleborns. Sean got in late, and was consigned to the Nerd Hole—with the big tv, all the VHS and DVDs and books. And I got to meet Jeeves! The world’s friendliest, most laid-back and most mellow yellow fellow ever.
To be continued after Angel.
Cuddly, snuggly, huggy, dancy -- all good.
I missed CUDDLY SNUGGLY HUGGY DANCY? Crap!
I just realized, my post stating that everything has been claimed was a lie. The whiteboard has not yet been claimed.
I am so unbelievably jealous of all y'all that attended the F2F!
Trudy, doll, your new hair color definetly suits you. I wish I could have seen it in person instead of just in pictures.
Many thanks however to those that have already posted pictures. I am immensely grateful!
If I'm remembering correctly, I believe I only saw one of two pics of vwbug and I'm hoping there are more. I've said it before, but, she was my guardian angel at last years prom. (Thank you, again, for your kindness, vw.)
Very foot-stompy that I missed out on the F2F fun this year and hoping I'll be able to attend next year, finances willing.

t nodding head
I'd love a F2F in Minneapolis! Mind you, I'd probably enjoy one just about anywhere, but MN would be my first choice.
I've been to and enjoyed New Orleans, but it is much more dangerous than just about any other city under consideration. It is still the only place where I saw taxi drivers with guns on the seat next to them. That's as in plural drivers, not just one guy.
(Now we need to convince the HOTT drag kings to fill the club up again. Yum.)
Amen.
And nope, Teppy. No kissage. Last year, yes. This year, I believe you were occupied kissing others. :)
