F2F 2: Is there anybody here that hasn't slept together?

Plan what to do, what to wear (you can never go wrong with a corset), and get ready for the next BuffistaCon: New Orleans! May 20-22, 2005!

Our wings are not tired

Well, no new news here. I still see lightning and I'm still in the terminal instead of in a shiny metal tube somewhere west of here. We are now 1.5 hours late departing.

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

No books? That doesn't bode well.

No books. Sorry.

OK, now everything except one panda head has been claimed.

Okay, as soon as they find our flight crew we get back on board. Should I be concerned that they've paged them 4 times so far?

They still haven't found our cabin crew.

You always do this. We get tipsy, and you take advantage of my love of the scientific method.

We're starting to get some thunder and lightning here.

They just called a rain delay at Camden Yard. The announcer says the lightning is amazing.

I was charmed (albeit somewhat perplexed) by the fannish sensibility of many of the music choices -- it's like the director was trying to vid Canada. --loligo on the Olympic Opening Ceremonies

They still haven't found our cabin crew.

I was on a flight like that once. We finally got them, got on the plane, were on the runway, and the captain announced we were flying to Denver. Funny, because we all thought we were going to Tampa Bay. (We went to Tampa Bay.)

I think they found them at TGI Fridays.

move out and draw fire

ND, it's massively thunderstorming and there are tornadoes or the warnings thereof. Learn to love airport Starbucks.

I've been having the withdrawal symptoms today...going back to interacting with people who are not my tribe is tough, after meeting my tribe in person.

Well, they are about to put us back on the plane. The front seems to have passed Dulles now.

Sniff. All day at work, I kept thinking "I could just duck into b.org, and look at the F2F thread...I'll bet there's LOTS of posts". But I was good, and I didn't. Though I suddenly felt justified in spending half the day on LJ to make up for it...

I wanna go to Kristin's and watch movies in a pasture! Fun!

Oh, and if we're discussing possible locales for next year? I'm pimping Minneapolis

Heh. I talked about this with a couple people. I was like "I'm willing to pimp Minneapolis, but we'd have to have juliana's buy-in"...

Ummm, didn't we kiss? I wasn't even drunk, but things are still a bit fuzzy. The candy and the kissing are getting conflate

Bwhahah! Er, no. Sadly. Obviously, I should've had more than two drinks, and then I could've said "Maybe, I don't remember!" and invent a fun memory...

Much as I'd love to go to Toronto, I'd definitely say it's East-Coastish.

Deborah, NoiseDesign, meara, and Lee have all visited me and can attest to the fun. And I didn't even get to show them the half of it

I saw the S&M club, how much more buffista porn fun is there?

I was also very impressed by Lyra's hubby in the tux! Very cool.

I vote Mars

Apparently, this is in Utah. According to an article in slate.com...

Yeah, I'm guessing ND is on his way because it's lightning and thundering here now, and we're a ways away from Dulles.
