I just caught up on the posts and I have to say that I missed some really great things. I wish I had been there to dance to Closer. But I did get to see SA rock out to Justin Timberlake.

Lebanese food was amazing. I'd never eaten it before and Cheryl was a great help in identifying the different foods. I finally had yogurt that I liked! Also the car trip to the tiki karoake bar was fun and interesting -- Maria generously ferried us over there. I'm blanking on who was the other guy in the car but we had Matt, Trudy, Hil (?), and maybe Jon B in the back seat w/me and Maria in the front.

The bar was tiny and crowded and SA couldn't get in so everyone regrouped outside and amazingly there were enough cars and spaces for everyone.

Also I'm askye on lj and AliWench on AIM. I can't get on AIM at work but when I'm at home it's on. And I'm askyefic on Yahoo IM but I don't have that turned on much.

Sigh. Had to unsub due to massive envy, but I just caught up, and it looks like y'all had a fantastic time. Yay!

Oh, and if we're discussing possible locales for next year? I'm pimping Minneapolis. But only if May/June is the better time. March, NSM. Still chilly here.

I would love Minneapolis or NOLA. But I would also love to meet Canadians, and Montreal would be good for them. Or what about Toronto? That actually qualifies as Midwest, in my book (hope that's not offensive to Torontites Torontians those from Toronto).
