I'm highly highly amused that the 100 posts I read last night were mostly localistas and people at the hotel and on sidekicks and things, actually talking about going places, being places, and having been places. What geeks are we? (Of course, Drew and I are currently being big geeks sitting in my livingroom, reading the thread on different computers)

This was the most fun I've had in a long time, especially Saturday evening, from Jaleo (best meal I've ever had, seriously)

Jaleo was AWESOME. So glad someone suggested this place, and it worked out (they said "30-40 minutes" for our group of 8....and then seated us in 5!), and now I have to go back and bring all my local friends...

Also, Kate P, very very foamy, and wicked cool. I mean, I knew that already. But meeting in person makes it memorable.

Yeah, mine was "I don't like people I don't know touching me." I get weirded out when people I've just met put a hand on my arm or shoulder for emphasis or something. And then, well, buffistas became "people I know" incredibly quickly.
