Also, you can tell it's not gonna have a happy ending when the main guy's all bumpy.

Plan what to do, what to wear (you can never go wrong with a corset), and get ready for the next BuffistaCon: New Orleans! May 20-22, 2005!

How are you me? You need to stop that. Only I can be me. ~Kara

Not too soon for some of us.

Great pictures, DX.

I was charmed (albeit somewhat perplexed) by the fannish sensibility of many of the music choices -- it's like the director was trying to vid Canada. --loligo on the Olympic Opening Ceremonies

Okay, y'all are giving me feelings of Boob Inadequacy. Seriously.

Swouncing

It took a couple of tries

Thanks, beth - but it didn't help. Oh, well, at least I have DX's pictures.

Up with the sun

I'm getting all sniffly at the pictures.

Last night was, seriously, quite possibly the best party I have ever been to. ND did a great job assembling the mix, everyone was gorgeous (There were many, many tiaras, and I have to give props to Debetesse and Raquel, who kept the Jilli flame alive. Also JZ and Vortex for fabulous corsets), and Patrick and I danced for, like, three hours and collapsed in our hotel room at 1:30, when the party was still going strong.

Oh, and RLiz (who is adorable with Reema) macked on me! I'm still giddy over that.

I'm at home now -- have some writing I need to finish -- but I hope I see y'all tonight to say goodbye.

Edit: {{{{Maria}}}}. I'm glad you came to Prom anyhow.

What is even happening?

Yes, yes she did.

You're so generous, DX!

My only comment on the pictures is that there are not nearly enough of Raquel. She's drop-dead gorgeous.

Mmm. I saw the back of her head in one, and coveted her hair, something fierce. Need more Raquel.

deb, you looked splendid and regal (as someone there noted). I am glad you got to go.

Not having has never been the thing I've regretted most in my life. Not trying is.

Overwhelmed with the foaminess. I need a fainting couch.

Many thanks to all you who took the time to post piccies or stories for those of us desperately trying not to die from envy.

Ann, that's a ferret.

Gronk.

Just up and moving after the prom last night. The memories are a blur.

Now looking through the pictures and have a caption for at least one.

move out and draw fire

I second that "gronk" and raise you an "urgh." Damn good party. The Buffistas proved once again that they are way foamier in person than any photo can convey. Also, friendly, funny, boobalicious, and kind. And good dancers.

I am blushing furiously here at my computer.

I hope to get back tonight to say goodbyes (and pick up my amp), but if I don't, many hugs and kisses to all!

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

I have The Envy.

Captioning has shown that the insanely gorgeous person I was blinking at in last night's uncaptioned pictures is, in fact, Lizard.

You know, I was doing fine until I looked at the actual picture things. Then I started pouting and stomping my foot. Though, you know, not Stompie Stomping. Just bratty pouty stomping. So as we're clear.

It looks like fun was had.
