Reavers ain't men. Or they forgot how to be. Now they're just nothing. They got out to the edge of the galaxy, to that place of nothing, and that's what they became.

F2F 2: Is there anybody here that hasn't slept together?

Plan what to do, what to wear (you can never go wrong with a corset), and get ready for the next BuffistaCon: New Orleans! May 20-22, 2005!

You always do this. We get tipsy, and you take advantage of my love of the scientific method.

Will that be on cam?

I don't know about that, but there's video of Teppy removing her bra...

Many hugs, Maria.

Also, in case nobody else mentions it, SJ rules! She sent down a gift basket for the hospitality suite that was absolutely fabulous.

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

hooray for SJ gift basket! I can personally attest to the fact that her baskets are wonderful - so much love and care and thought. You must tell us what was in it!

(I've had 2 of her baskets and they. are. marvellous.)

S to the A -- using they/them pronouns!

SJ is absolutely lovely for doing so.

Maria, I'm so sorry to hear that. I hope ya'll can find some peace with this. We'll miss you tonight.

I'm about to post pictures from the day...just give me a minute.

We (Sean, Meara, smonster, Kate P, amyth, JenP, Tom Scola, Jon B, Jessica, and myself) all went to a *fabulous* restaurant called Jaleo. You order a bunch of appetizers and share them; we ordered like twenty separate things, and then pretty much the entire dessert menu (except the sorbet) and just passed everything around the whole meal so everyone got a part of it. We ate such wonderful food--quail, calamari, scallops, potatoes, octopus--and this is going down as one of the best meals I've ever had. Just wonderful.

Mothra, benevolent winged goddess, protector of the earth.

Would somebody -- lots of somebodies would be cool, too -- give Cass a big hug and tell her that Mothra delurked long enough to send lots of love.

We are Buffistas. This isn't our first apocalypse. -- Pix

I'm so jealous.

And, to be serious, Maria, all my sympathies for your loss and his family's. That's just awful.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

Drive-by while I'm back in the room grabbing my camera. There are loads of pictures being taken, and DX is filming, so expect massive amounts of foaminess to come. I can't believe how fabulous everyone is. Deb G is regal. Teppy and vw are foamilicious in matching frocks. Holii, Anne W. and Ms. Havisham are gathered in a corner in their finery, knitting. Debetesse is wowing everyone, Jon B is styling in red instead of silver this year, and the Kilt, my god man, the Kilt! Also, Maria is here, and we're so glad she decided to come despite all.

More to come later, no doubt.

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

You're posting in the middle of the prom, Brenda? That's really geeky.
