Maria, insent. So glad you decided to join the fun!
Meanwhile, I hope DC isn't getting the torrential downpour outside my window right now. Blech. Good weather vibes southwestward.
Plan what to do, what to wear (you can never go wrong with a corset), and get ready for the next BuffistaCon: New Orleans! May 20-22, 2005!

The fuzzy plans are to meet at the hotel in the next hour or so and then, eat stuff.
It's sorta misty here, but that seems to be burning away, as I look out my window, JenP.
Though there is forecast for rain this weekend.
Hotel in an hour? OK...suppose I'd better start to mosey, since I don't want to drive and have to pay for parking...
Miracleman and NoiseDesign should have their own show
Heh. So true.
The BBQ was great; Anne's new home is lovely, and she provided tons of yummy food and drink, and the company was wonderful! My ab muscles still hurt from laughing all night.
I just got back from work and will be moseying over to the hotel at some point. I've broken down and made a list of what I need to take:
ION, the cicadas are peaking at my house. It sounds like God's Own Fan Belt is slipping.
JenP, I haven't received anything yet. Did you use profile addy?
I am in DX's room, trying to get some work out of the way. A whole bunch of people just left to go to Union Station, and/or musueming. When people show up and want to go have lunch, let me know. I think I may try to go check in though, since they let Brenda already.
brenda! I've been going back and forth about bringing my laptop, but if I do and my room does not have a cable, I'd love to borrow your extra.
Jealous of you alllll with your shiny plans and lunches.
I love that ND is last on Raquel's list of "things to bring". This makes me giggle.
I am So. Nervous. about this.
Kristin, don't be nervous. Last night was the first time I'd ever met Buffistas En Masse, and it was SO COOL.
Thanks Raquel, I so needed to hear that. I still can't help having the "Oh god they think I'm actually kind of cool and what if I don't seem that way in person and they all know each other and I don't know anyone and what if they all take one look at my boa and think its made of sub-standard feathers and talk behind my back about how it would be best if me and my boa slunk back to my hotel room and stayed where people are not" kind of fear.
Not that I'm overreacting or anything.
Seconding that KristinT should not be nervous.
No luck on the room, so I am still in DX's room. People should come play, so I can stop pretending to work.
