Ben: I didn't ask for any of this. I just want to be normal. Gronx: I wanted to be an underwear model. We play the hand we're dealt.

F2F 2: Is there anybody here that hasn't slept together?

Plan what to do, what to wear (you can never go wrong with a corset), and get ready for the next BuffistaCon: New Orleans! May 20-22, 2005!

A turkey in every toilet -- only in America!

Thanks for the info meara. We should be getting to the hotel by 4 or 4:30ish. What restrictions are in place before 6:30?

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

I thought that the whole point was that they were in the same block, so that people could go back and forth.

That was my understanding. Also, I have a hard time believing that we'll be unable to find food either in one of the two bars or somewhere on the block. I wouldn't worry.

some streets do not allow you to park between 4 & 6:30 (to add an extra lane for traffic flow) Others have meters that last until 6:30. It's a business district, so there shouldn't be problems parking on the weekends, but Friday afternoon might be a little dicey.

Up with the sun

Oh, I missed that. (I never go to Crystal City.)

Neither pool nor karaoke is really my thing -- I suck at both -- so I suspect I'll prop myself in a corner with beverages. Hopefully someone will talk to me.

Now let us crush something soft and watch it fountain blood. That is a girlish thing to want to do, yes?

I'm bringing a friend to the Prom.

I don't think the wee prince(ss) needs a ticket of his/her own until next year's shindig.

Hee, silly. It's a grown up man I'm bringing. He's a friend we met in LA and then he moved to DC. He's one of us.
