It might be easier if we had the cell numbers ahead of time, for coordinating airport pickup, etc., and for people who are there early.

I assumed that by giving out my cell phone number, I was giving it out to everyone, so I don't see a problem with emailing it around or posting it in the suite.

I agree, Steph, unless anybody has a serious problem with it, privacy-wise. It would be nice to know when people are getting in, too.

We emailed the list out to all participants ahead of time at both previous F2Fs. It makes picking people up at the airport easier.

Seriously, if you have any objection to your information being sent to to the group, email me TODAY. I will email the spreadsheet to the entire list tomorrow morning. I'll still post the phone list in the hospitality suite regardless (minus the opt outs, of course)

And, please dont feel awkward about asking that your information not be included. There are several people without cells or whatever, and just have 'none" listed next to their name, so it won't look awkward for you at all. Also, if you have some sort of financial issue (i.e. it costs you money to recieve calls), you can let me know that too, and I'll put an asterisk next to your number, which means only call if you need to talk to the person, and not for idle chat, which we are so good at.

Okay. Wanna do karaoke, spy museum, and makeup shopping. Wonder if that's reasonable.

Will add wigs to packing list (I have black punk rocker from when I was Death - boy that's weird to type - and looooong blonde from being Buffy). The other good thing about wigs is that if a cicada gets tangled in it, you can just take off the wig and shake it out!

It's really hot & humid here, at least to my Northern Calif. blood. I can't think why I was worrying about which sweater to bring - the answer, more tank tops instead! The nice thing about long hair is that you can pin it up. And, bless Travelsmith microfibers & coolmax.

Ooops re Ann's BBQ. Thursday, check. Hil, I sent you my cell phone and also remembered that I'm meeting the hotel people on Wed., so it would make sense to do the Dupont Circle stuff on Thurs. Also, then, you could catch a ride to Ann's with me if you want. Hmm, I was going to take the Metro in, but, I can drive that day. Do you know any places where I can park for free?
