Plan what to do, what to wear (you can never go wrong with a corset), and get ready for the next BuffistaCon: New Orleans! May 20-22, 2005!

I look more rad than Lutheranism

I was referring to any sherpas you might bring with you. I cannot guarantee sherpas at the event itself. Unless, of course, you bring them.

Do they have to be voluntary sherpas? If not, dibs on Sean.

Up with the sun

What kind of low-rent event is this, without sherpas?

My husband's name is Patrick, BTW. I'm not sure what infor about him you'd need emailed, as I doubt he'll be doing much with us beyond Prom and doesn't have a cell phone anyhow.

I think sherpa-ness implies that it's voluntary on the sherpa's part. Otherwise, it's just indentured servitude. (Of course, if you and Sean got that going on, far be it from me to question how LA folks live....)

Good point. Let me clarify --if you don't want to post your spouse/sherpa's name, seeing as how this is a public board, then E me. If not, I'll see it if you post it here.

Woe to the fucking wicked.

You mean, Indentured Sherpatude, right, Teppy?

Ah damn, you're right, Steph. I knew there was a flaw in my plan somewhere.

Can I call dibs on his drinks, instead?

Indentured Sherpatude

Well, like I said, I don't know what the Hip LA Folk call it....

Our wings are not tired.

Hi all. I'm still trying to figure out how we can make it to this event. I went ahead and sent the party $ to ND for us anyway.

Anybody want to take care of the kids for me, at my house?

Steph, if we can come, just Brendon and Laura on the name tags works best. Don't need the Holt. (I have my previous 2 F2F tags)

I'm still juggling having to be on the other side of Florida, having to go to Atlanta, and having to place the kids or have someone housesit. If I had 3 clones it would be helpful, and Brendon would like that too.

I can't wade through the previous several hundred posts. Did someone say something about pool, or darts, or bowling, or some other indoor activities? I am afraid of going to the zoo or anything outside because of your tales of al-Cicada. Do we have an activities director organizing the message board?

I think that might cause your Indentured Sherpa to rebel.
