Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Raquel! That's you?

That explains some Friendster confusion I had way back when. I'm not swift.

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

the dress was from H&M.

Oooo! Was it one we saw when I was up?

I'm bringing (at least) two dresses. The aforementioned vintage thingy and one of my 3 black sleeveless dresses with flowers. They're all different, really...

Thrive to spite them

I planned on buying some new things for the F2F but so far that hasn't panned out.

I do have 2 dresses that are really nice and I only wore a few times. They are black. One has a sweep of flowers across the front and the other has ruffles and very subtle bead trim on the ruffles. They both came with scarf/wrap things. When I get my paycheck I'm going to hit various stores like Ross and see if I can find a prom worthy dress.

Frail my heart apart and play me a little Shady Grove

The nice thing about the F2F is hardly anyone there will have seen our favorite foamywear. I'm planning on taking the attitude of wearing shiny new clothes. OTOH, I have a new (sale!) skirt on order - hope it gets here before I leave!

THat is a completely different game!

I have a killer gown for the prom which Kat P and I found on an INSANE sale at Macys.

It's silk, it's floor length, it has artful beading, it was eighteen bucks.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Sounds Lovely, Trudy.
