Plan what to do, what to wear (you can never go wrong with a corset), and get ready for the next BuffistaCon: New Orleans! May 20-22, 2005!

I look more rad than Lutheranism

On a practical level, one that doesn't involve a zillion emails about that issue, how can I achieve giving F2F attendees a list of the other attendees besides just mailing it out to all attendees listed?

I guess you could ask here -- this thread -- if any of the attendees do NOT want the other attendees to know their real name/cell number.

But, really, having that list was very helpful in Chicago.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

But what about the people who aren't attending that are on the list from last year, Steph?

I made a list to hand out in LA. It's the base for this.

Okay, updated with what I have so far.

Umm...am I missing something, or why can't they be deleted from the DC list?

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

Hil, I have a fear that Vortex is snowed under, since she hasn't been heard from, so for now, I'm taking the existing table & updating it. This chart could be used as the base for the additional data she's been gathering from people all along, if she needs a base. Thanks for all the insents!

So you don't have any phone number for me? Sorry. I'll send it to you tomorrow. (I'm on a crappy connection now, and hotmail has been crashing it .)

Of course they can be. Java was asking if she should bother. I was giving her my opinion.

Okay -- I must have read too fast. Anyway, that seems the easiest thing to do.

Insent, Java.

I am now experiencing first hand the phrase "opt out." Logically, the thing to do is to create the list so it includes only this year's attendees; then ask those who wish to withhold info (that they have previously provided) to let me know they wish to opt out.

The problem is? Friday's my last day of work before leaving for 8.5 days, my house & yard are a mess, my car has to go to the shop Thurs. AM, and I have 2 guests arriving in a few days. And have to test the air beds to make sure they hold air. And find shoes and a wrap to wear to a wedding on Sat. And write my performance evaluation (yes, we write our own, harder than it seems). And pack, which makes me borderline psychotic.

Home now, tomorrow is another day.

You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

I can't resist trying for 3-Katies-in-a-row here. My in-laws call me Kate, and lots of people call me Kathy, but they are silly.

So Kate P is Kate, Katie M is Katie, and Katerina is TripliKate?

Damn, but it's a slow night.
