Prom. People pay for their own hotel rooms. I believe folks are saying $20 will cover the costs of the Prom.

$20 won't cover the cost of the bartender - it'll cover food and the AV charges you totalled, Jon and that's it. IIRC, the DC gang is meeting with the bev & food people on 5/8 to get that lined up, at which point, we'll know what to make the prom fee should be.
