So, wait, Aimee, you're flying in here, and then going to Philly during the fun on Friday? (At least, I hope there will be fun on Friday)?

I think traditionally, we tried to get people to paypal as much of the prom money as possible beforehand, so that we didn't miss out on people in the confusion of the actual weekend (because we all know that 'Oh, yeah, I need to pay you money...eh, when we get back to the room/I get an ATM/I'll owe you for dinner" doesn't work out so well, but neither does someone standing at the door demanding a ticket).

There's a list that Vortex is putting together, right? are we getting that before the F2F in case we are shy and Eureka! it turns out someone is coming/going from the airport within 30 minutes of us after all?

I have a vested interest in collecting, since it's on my credit card. Also, a brand new pay pal account. How'd we do it last year? Mail checks or pay pal Kat, right?

Last year it was done through Pay Pal. I think Kat was the point on that. I've offered twice in thread to collect payment through pay pal and had no response.

Well, if it's on Java's credit card, sounds like PayPaling her would be the best idea...

Thank you for the offer ND, I appreciate it. I'm pondering something here. It should be on my credit card; it was kind of a term that Ann wants to deal with me, though she did allow that someone else's credit card could be used for our incredibly generous anonymous donor to pick up the tab for the hospitality suite. I'm not a highly compensated person, and it is a hit to me if I have to pay off a big credit card charge with my own money....

Maybe I will take ND up on the offer to handle the pay pal stuff. If you don't mind that quite probably it'll have to go on my charge card, and then I'd get a check from you ND, while you collect from Buffistas, that would be GREAT, actually.

Then why not PayPal you directly, Java?

Whatever works best, I'm easy.
