KristinT, is there a Ross Dress for Less near you? Maybe you could find a dress like the $17 formal thing I bought my sister, which is a size 6. And she's 4' 11" and it loos great on her so.
I am moping now because I want to dress up. But I don't want to pay for food or travel. Or avoid going to an important job fair.
