I may be love's bitch, but at least I'm man enough to admit it.

F2F 2: Is there anybody here that hasn't slept together?

Plan what to do, what to wear (you can never go wrong with a corset), and get ready for the next BuffistaCon: New Orleans! May 20-22, 2005!

It really doesn't matter. It's just an opinion. Don't worry about it. Not worth the hassle.

Kristin, I was about to ask if anyone had any recs for pre-prom dinner on Saturday.

Good area restaurants, but please not too expensive...?

Sounds good to me! I love sushi, but I know that's not your pleasure. Need suggestions. Who wants to join us?

Let's run it by Vortex. I'm her houseguest, and anything I do needs to be coordinated with her. Especially since I'm lacing her into her corset for prom.

I think I'm going dead simple to prom. Leather pants, microfiber top, Via Spiga wedge toepeep shoes.

Days shrink and grow cold, sunlight through leaves is my song. Winter is long.

Prom simple will be me, too, I think. And I'd love to join the Kristin-Deb-Vortex faction for non-sushi dinner.

Whatever works in terms of food, as long as I'm not imposing.

I'm thinking just my favorite pair of black flowy pants and a velvet halter top for Prom, but that seens awfully boring.

Shit's all sorts of different now.

Ok, I have a friend that lives in Falls Church, VA (I think - that's really really near DC, right?). Anyway, we want to stay with her Sunday night. How far is it to BWI from there?

And wow. 2 states and a District in 4 days. Neat.

Well, I find my own leather trousers a bit boring too, but that's because I've been known to wear leather to the supermarket.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

Beats tweed ...

Oh, Empress, I'll be bringing my all-purpose stretchy sparkly dress. It's black and above the knee and rather t-shirtesque. It can accomodate any tummy and boobage.

(Actually, several people are likely to bring things to share. It's a thing.)

A turkey in every toilet -- only in America!

Just got off the phone with the HotH catering woman. She also takes care of A/V needs.

The P.A. is going to cost us $150 for the speakers and the mixer. A microphone, CD player, etc., would cost extra. What are we using to play music? Laptop? iPod? CDs? Whatever we use, we need to make sure we have the cables for it. Drew? What were you planning to bring?
