ND, I think we haven't figured out what exactly we're getting food and bartender wise, so how much that would be per person....though I suppose we could just estimate...if we go over, we can buy extra hospitality suite sodas or something.

Well, we pay for drinks, but we need to pay for the bartender and also for the food from the hotel for the party. We need to start collecting soon I'd think just to make sure we've got our ducks in a row.
