I'd never have the patience to have it mailed to me. Too many possibilities for complication.
LotR - The Return of the King: "We named the *dog* 'Strider'".
Frodo: Please, what does it always mean, this... this "Aragorn"? Elrond: That's his name. Aragorn, son of Arathorn. Aragorn: I like "Strider." Elrond: We named the *dog* "Strider".
A discussion of Lord of the Rings - The Return of the King. If you're a pervy hobbit fancier, this is the place for you.
Well, generally I don't have time to watch it during the week, so if it arrives on Friday or Saturday I'm good.
But if people who are ordering it NOW wind up getting it shipped sooner than I do -- when I ordered v. early I will make another complaint.

ita is me in this regard. I don't even have a TV currently, but I want my DVD right now!
Mine isn't to arrive until the 23rd.
Yikes! That must be wrong, if you ordered early. Maybe you should email or call just to make sure.

I've generally been pleased with Amazon's promptness, and it's cheaper through them than if I buy it around here. Well, I'm not going to get upset unless it doesn't switch to "shipping soon" until nearer the 14th, you know?
A clip dealing with the fall of Minas Morgul is on the TORN site.
