I don't care if it is an orgy of death, there's still such a thing as a napkin.

LotR - The Return of the King: "We named the *dog* 'Strider'".

Frodo: Please, what does it always mean, this... this "Aragorn"? Elrond: That's his name. Aragorn, son of Arathorn. Aragorn: I like "Strider." Elrond: We named the *dog* "Strider".

A discussion of Lord of the Rings - The Return of the King. If you're a pervy hobbit fancier, this is the place for you.

Art Crawl!!!

Oh, I am not running out and buying the hardcovers anytime soon. Usually, I go to a bookstore and look at them and feel overwhelmed.

Waiting for Xmas? You have more fortitude than I do! I'm taking the day off work so I can pick up the gift set at Best Buy and spend the next four hours and ten minutes (!) watching it, followed by a probable viewing of at least a few of the documentaries and maybe even listening to the director's commentary track before going to bed. Yes, I will geek out on LotR Day!!

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Well, I'm saving up my pennies for the RotKEE gift set, for the Minas Tirith statue (with a hidey-hole in the base!) and bonus disc on the symphony.

I just pre-ordered mine yesterday. That's why I'm paying down the credit cards, so they'll have room for important purchases like this one. Right?

Back tattoos of the mother is that you are absolutely right - Ame

Unfortunately, with finances as they are, it will have to be a Christmas goodie. I'm even holding off on Buffy 7 though it is killing me.

Right, sumi.

I need Minas Tirith to . . . store . . . important papers in. So I know where they are. And they can be defended from the Dark Lord. That's the ticket.

You always do this. We get tipsy, and you take advantage of my love of the scientific method.

Clearly it's a homeland security issue.

It's my patriotic duty! And a categorical imperative!

Ahhhhh, it feels so good to do the right thing, sometimes.
