Raq, looks like your link doesn't lead to the actual web page. And I'm dying to see it!
LotR - The Return of the King: "We named the *dog* 'Strider'".
Frodo: Please, what does it always mean, this... this "Aragorn"? Elrond: That's his name. Aragorn, son of Arathorn. Aragorn: I like "Strider." Elrond: We named the *dog* "Strider".
A discussion of Lord of the Rings - The Return of the King. If you're a pervy hobbit fancier, this is the place for you.
Try now! I should've looked at my link before I posted.
Thanks! The page has been bookmarked for contemplation of future fiber mayhem.

A couple of LotR downloads:
The AMC Trilogy Tuesday short.
Elijah Wood, Sean Astin, and Andy Serkis on the Charlie Rose show--sound only, unfortunately.

So yeah, the beacons, Pippin singing, the signal fires were good. Catching the brief glimpse of Jackson was good. But the stuff that really stirred my blood was the ride of the Rohirrim. When they were mustering in Rohan and when they arrived at the battle. Love the horsey people!
ETA: I also forgot to mention that I watched the Shelob scenes with my glasses off and my hands on my face and tried to only see Frodo or Sam. And I missed most of the credits because I was crawling around on the floor looking for my missing, small, black purse.
I watched TTT with a not-having-seen-it-before friend last night and she could not understand why I was laughing my head off at "They are taking the hobbits to Isengard!" It was, of course, because in my head the line was "They are taking the pants to Isengard!"
Twelve BAFTA noms for RotK. Not bad at all, methinks.
Cold Mountain got thirteen though, so the judges may have been having psychotic breaks when they voted. Oh well.
