I think one is supposed to be a queer reference, one is supposed to be about the POTUS, and one is about (gasp!) ecology.
"It's Just a Plant" is about marijuana. It's the only one of those I've heard of.

P-C, when I was in 5th grade or so, we had whole school units devoted to drugs and how dangerous they were. Including films narrated by the likes of Art Linkletter and Sonny Bono.
In short, propaganda that cared more about scaring us away from drug use than being accurate.
