Where's the praising and extolling of my virtues? Where's the love?

We're Literary 2: To Read Makes Our Speaking English Good

There's more to life than watching Buffy the Vampire Slayer! No. Really, there is! Honestly! Here's a place for Buffistas to come and discuss what it is they're reading, their favorite authors and poets. "Geez. Crack a book sometime."

Huh. I think of her as a strong science fiction writer, but not a particularly good romance writer. I read her first foray into fantasy, and wasn't overwhelmed with either the novel or the interpersonal elements.

Huh.

I'm glad to see Run No More got the two-image cover nod - it was the most memorable of any of the covers to me.

Well, except for the anatomically confusing cover of Rumor Has It, which I'm heartened to see won worst cover honors.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I almost really liked Run No More, but the two covers were too distinct in style for me to love.

If I only had a brain...

The reviews for the worst are making me laugh uncontrollably. I just wish they'd put the image at the top of the page.

I look more rad than Lutheranism

The suggested alternate title for "Bushwhacked Groom" made me almost choke on my lunch, I was laughing so hard.

See? I gave everybody here an opportunity to tell me what a bad person I am and nobody did, because I fuckin' rule.

Bwah! Teppy, I was just about to post the same identical thing! Also, practically every single line of the mockery of the Ghost Butt In The Sky is eminently taggable.

Not just one of them -- aren't you the one who coined the phrase "Ghost Butt in the Sky"?

Oh, I think several people arrived at that one independently. I was one of the ones who nominated it, though.

Cats to become a rabbit should gather immediately now here

I liked the alternate title for "The Pirate's Jewel" myself.

Anyway, I have just embarrassed myself, as I am here after work reading the Worst Cover comments, and I am laughing like crazy. I mean out loud, tears streaming down my face, almost sobbing, and a student just walked in! She must think I'm nuts!
