Mirror Dance would probably be my favorite of the entire series, if I had to pick. That or Komarr. Or maybe Memory.
I'm hoping for an Ivan-focused one soon.

My favourite is Memory, as well. Even though (or maybe because?) I find the opening section almost excruciating to read.
