Also, holy crap, was that bit with Baltar a watch-from-the-hall moment. I don't have a hall far enough away.
What happened? I missed the ep last night... was that a good thing to do?
A topic for the discussion of Farscape, Smallville, and Due South. Beware possible invasions of Stargate, Highlander, or pretty much anything else that captures our fancy. Expect Adult Content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.

Love this unintentional exchange:
Do we have a thread name for the new thread? Or are we still arguing over the descriptor thingy?
Mansquito.
I liked last night's BSG. The funny was pretty funny, and the creepy was nice and creepy. I'm getting less and less patient with the Caprica storyline, though. I can sense that it's moving somewhere, but it needs to get there faster, or have more happen in the meantime.
Boxed set thread renaming/modifying discussion starts here:

I sorta get the sense that they're stretching stuff out to fit the 13 (or whatever) episodes this season. Yeah, more stuff should happen on Caprica. Maybe what's-his-face should suspect more the weirdness that is Boomer. (He did notice that she never seems to get tired, but hasn't seem to have done anything with that info.)
And I'm slightly annoyed that no one on Galactica really knows anything except for Baltar, who now seems to know who most of the Cylons are on the ship.
Am still afraid that Mansquito is not a joke. But then again, it's gotta be camp - the only question is whether it's the intentional or nonintentional variety.
Are other folks finding the Caprica City subplot a little tiresome?
I'm the exact reverse -- the Caprica City plotline is the only one that I'm interested in. Because those are the only characters I actually care if they live or die (well, except fleet-Boomer, and I'm pretty sure that's doomed). I know it's a well done show, and abstractly I can appreciate the fact that they've got gutsy women and rounded characters, but I wouldn't actually *care* if anyone in the fleet dropped dead at any time, and in some cases they are so grating (Baltar) or irrational (Adama) that I'd be downright cheerful. And Apollo is such a nonentity that despite having watched five episodes now, I still am not sure who he is when he shows up, until context is established.
There are moments when I connect (the president's ruthlessness with the Cylon, Starbuck's little prayer), but not consistently enough.
I really like Boomer, both of them. And Helo's hot. So Caprica only lags for me in that I couldn't even come up with the point. But the moments I liked, even if I didn't know the destination.
and the last line - chilling
What was the last line again? Was that when Baltar said, "I'll never tell"? (Or WTTE)

Now I'm earwormed with OMWF.
[Baltar]
Am I crazy?
[Hot Blonde Cylon]
Think you're bygone?
[Baltar]
Am I talking to a Cylon?
[Baltar and HBC]
I think that you're trying to pile
on, stuff that makes my brain kinda swell.
So thank god, I'll never tell
I swear that I'll never tell
I'm reading EW.
Oh my God.
I thought "Mansquito" was something related to the show you guys were watching.
The hell ??
Nope, Mansquito is the promo that makes Skeleton Man look like good solid TV by comparison.
