P-C, I think she's cute, but in a different way than Kristin Bell.
As for the
red kryptonite
so am I. As are
Clark's parents,
apparently. Though another issue is I don't really see
evil Clark
as the
marrying type.
I mean, he's pretty much Clark's
Id unleashed,
isn't he?
Trudy, that cracked me up too, though it doesn't really make sense continuity-wise, since
Jimmy
is supposed to be younger than Clark.
I'm going broadcast-only on BSG, too. Just never could get into doing BitTorrent somehow.
Speaking of which, I finally saw "Bastille Day" earlier tonight (taped it while I was away on business). Is it me, or did Richard Hatch sound like Kiefer Sutherland at times?
I just finished up downloading and watching episode 13 of BSG. Last hurrah, so to speak.
I have to give a thumbs up to the series, and will happily rewatch in broadcast.
And I need to know when the second season starts.
And how. Hell of a strong finish, I thought.
Maybe there should be more shorter seasons. Quite possible that I'm just flush with Spooks and BSG love, but I keep hearing Tim talk about arcing Wonderfalls for thirteen episodes even though one'd hope for 22.
For sure with BSG, the storylines and pacing worked beautifully over 13 eps. I would happily wait a year if I had a good idea that that's what I could look forward to again.
Urg. I didn't realise that was the last episode of the BSG season. I'm feeling vaguely sick and light headed now.

It didn't occur to me to torrent until I'd already missed the chance to get some of the early eps, so I'm on broadcast-only too.
And I'm on broadcast-only because I don't care that much.

But they're pretty and in pain! How can one not care?
I have to say, I am happy. I was suspicious and post-Firefly resentful when the miniseries came out, but I'm happy now. I've read a couple tirades about how much weaker the men are this time round, how empty and PC it is in comparison -- but neither my memory or the repeats hold the original up as anything stellar in the humanity/gender relationship departments.
Still, I think they achieved a desperate and claustrophobic tone which didn't wear me out. There's not much comedy here, if any, but still it didn't put me off.
And they've been
really
good, at least in one of the (yet unaired) episodes about juggling numerous plots in one ep, keeping them all tense, distinct, and unconfused. I was pretty impressed when I realised I had to grab for the phrase "D plot," and then immediately couldn't decide if there was a D plot, or just 4 A plots.
