I'm wondering whether BG isn't trying to set up a triangle between Cmdr. Adama, the Pres and Apollo.

Boxed Set, Vol. 1: Smallville, Due South, Farscape
A topic for the discussion of Farscape, Smallville, and Due South. Beware possible invasions of Stargate, Highlander, or pretty much anything else that captures our fancy. Expect Adult Content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.
A friend of mine has been talking to Marti Noxon about "Point Pleasant" and MN told her it doesn't really get going till episode 4. So I'm gonna hold out hope.
Can I say for the record that, although I don't tend to find Battlestar Galactica all that and a bag of chips, it pleases and amuses me no end that the fandom cry has gone up in favor of middle-aged women getting to have sex (whether with their age-peers or with their age-peers' sons).
I think it is a landmark fandom event, and deserves notice.
Finally watched BG ep 3 -- definitely more heavy-handed than I generally like, but not terrible. I still like the tone of the series a lot.
I watched this week's Andromeda this afternoon.
Beka is the ur-mother of all Nietszcheans? (If that's the way you spell it.)
And did she and Rhade have some sort of fling that I missed out on? (Basing this on his reaction to the news.)
sumi, what episode were you watching? Is it a new one?
Yes, it aired on Scifi last night. It was called something like "Pride Goes Before the Fall".
Did anyone watch last night's Enterprise?
The episode was called "Observer Effect" I caught the species name of the two aliens and went "Duh!" a little bit later.
Spoiler, if you haven't watched:
The two aliens were Organians. The same species Captain Kirk and the Klingons encountered in the original series episode " Errand of Mercy. " AKA " The light bulb aliens. "
MI-5: poor poor Danny. And next week it looks like it may be poor poor Zoe. In fact, I'm getting the feeling that Danny and Zoe are going to be going through some of the sorts of things that Tom went through in seasons 1 and 2, therebye making Adam look even better as a spy.
RE Citizen Joe, which I've just now watched the beginning of: Who knew "seven years ago" translated to "1957"? *headdesk*
I'm not sure what you mean. Unless you are referring to "1967," the episode where they went back in time. That can be explained by Jack Recalling the events of the story as he wrote his reports. Apparently that is how most of the stories were transmitted to Joe. When Jack reviewed the incidents in his mind, Joe got the mental images because Jack was close enough to the transmitter for Joe to receive again.
