Spike: You pissed in the Big Man's Chair? That's fantastic! Gunn: Spike, can you please turn off that warm fuzzy? Spike: What, the Lorne thing? Worn off. I just think that's bloody fabulous.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

golden flax:

Oh, I just got the nastiest ficciest idea that while Carter is still going out with stalker!cop, she gets into a totally-going-to-die scenario with Jack, and they 'fess all to each other, because there's no way they can live, and they have mad angsty sex. Which knocks her up. Jack does die, so RDA can go off and raise his real life kid, leaving Carter a single Air Force mom who broke regs.

No, I know it's histrionic and soapy. But it's going to keep me laughing for the morning.

How spoiled do you want to get?

How spoiled are you, and how did you get that spoiled?

I was charmed (albeit somewhat perplexed) by the fannish sensibility of many of the music choices -- it's like the director was trying to vid Canada. --loligo on the Olympic Opening Ceremonies

You know, I'm just about positive someone's written that fic. I mean, they must have, right?

I'm spoiled off of Gateworld, basically, though I've been trying to avoid getting too specific about it.

Art Crawl!!!

So, actually they've filmed the entire season already?

(See, I skimmed the article.)

Then I don't see how it can affect anything. Unless they start filming season 9 before March.

Yeah, filming finished in... September, possibly? Anyway, it's done.

It seems like the sort of thing I'd read a paragraph of, scream, read more, shiver, read more and loop back to the screaming.

I've been trying to avoid getting too specific about it.

How's that working out for you? I'd like to try getting lightly spoiled, but boy, does that have no definition.

It's okay. I know what all the upcoming episodes are about on kind of a TV Guide summary level, and I have more detail on a couple of them. Other than that, I'm just not looking at spoilers anymore, because I don't think I wanted that much detail on at least one of them.

I may go have a quick skim. TV Guide-level sounds fair for my investment in the show.

Art Crawl!!!

You know what?

This means that when SG-1 comes back on, I'm going to be expending energy trying to see how pregnant I think Carter looks.

Distracting.

You want me to look and see which ones are reasonably safe?
