Since Achna only learned Crichton was alive when he got to that room, the mole has to be someone who only saw him then. So it's either Braca or the Diagnosian, and Braca wouldn't have been able to tell Achna about Aeryn's pregnancy before -- oh, wait, he could have, because Scorpius could have told him. But would Scorpius have? Then again, Achna would have known to suborn Braca, but what would have made her suborn the Diagnosian? Could have been long-term planning; we know the Diagnosian's treated Scarrans before.
