Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Suncoast made a Firefly fuckup, didn't they? A much smaller one, but still. I think they should be forced to honour posted prices.

Art Crawl!!!

Hmmm, is Daniel going to save the day? Or will there be a big-giant cliff-hanger?

Okay, I cannot believe that there is going to be a giant hurricane on Atlantis.

We are Buffistas. This isn't our first apocalypse. -- Pix

Oh, man. SGC is fucked. Because the Jaffa aren't going to take kindly to the Tauri exterminating millions of their people. Even if it wasn't the SGC, they're not going to draw that distinction.

I was charmed (albeit somewhat perplexed) by the fannish sensibility of many of the music choices -- it's like the director was trying to vid Canada. --loligo on the Olympic Opening Ceremonies

I hadn't even gotten that far, Suela, but I think you're right. I mean, the show may or may not go there, but clearly I should start a movement to get people to write fic on the topic. (I should probably lie about the joys of writing Jaffa in order to do that...)

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

I notice that what sounds suspiciously like a failed pilot is on Sci-Fi tonight, starring Shiri Appleby (Roswell), Richard Burgi (Sentinel), John deLancie (Star Trek: Whatever) and David Hewlett (aka McKay on Stargate: Aquarium). It's probably really awful....

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

It looks like Buffy meets Witchblade.

Sure, neither of them are on the air anymore, but that's no excuse.

Art Crawl!!!

I thought it looked like cheesie fun.

What I want to know is why SGC didn't destroy the poison if they weren't going to use it, rather than just leave it for the unethical?

They said they'd only use it for "defense"--presumably in case of a full-scale invasion of Earth.
