I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

I'm impressed when people can remember anything about Alias. I mean, once you mentioned "The Trust", I remembered it, but other than that? Um, there's The Covenant, right? And...K-Directorate...

Apparently David Anders is going to be doing some guest spots on CSI. I saw an E! news report about it last night, but all the footage they had was of Bradley Cooper. Oops.

Kiss me, my girl, before I'm sick.

You know, I can't remember what the hell Sloan's organization used to be called. S-something. Section 24? SD4? Sloan's House of Sin?

but all the footage they had was of Bradley Cooper.

Alias could do a lot worse than bring back Bradley Cooper. The one in which Syd and Will got it on was one of the few episodes I saw last season that didn't make me roll my eyes until they fell off my head.

SD-6.

Not to be confused with Section One (Nikita) or Section 47 (DS9). I think.

"Mister Spock is on his fanny, sir. Reports heavy damage."

Will got entertaining on Alias only after months and months of being a buttmonkey. Then he relapsed, and then this season's one guest-starring episode was fun. But yes, buttmonkey -- he was the dumbest reporter in the world. I think his character just only works in small, extreme doses. Or really, Will exists with at least one foot in the real world, and the show left the real world behind a long, long time ago. Same reason why merrin Dungey had to be killed off.

(SD-6, K-Directorate, Trust, Covenant, and, um, one other, right?)

Wow, someone just posted a picture of Claudia Black in her upcoming appearance on Stargate SG-1 (one that is also spoilery for a plot development of sorts) in Hal's LJ in the comments section. I mean, we've reached a tacit agreement to talk about CB's future appearance on the show here without spoiler-fonting, but this... kind of pissed me off, because I didn't want to know more than that. And you know, Hal could be a pure-as-driven snow wrt spoilers for all I know. Talk about inconsiderate.

Afterwards, I went to Gateworld to get spoiled about the episode, because... err, what the hell. Call me a control freak, but I like deciding what and what not to get spoiled about *myself*, thank you very much.

The handy snack of French logicians!

Based on the spoilers you know already, and understanding my dislike of the Stargate show's lack of seriousness, do you think it will be worth my rolled eyeballs to watch the one episode with CB as guest star?

Hee! For that, I'll keep the silly typo.

I think it'll be fun for you to watch the one with CB. Because CB will be hot, probably will be wearing black leather, and hopefully will beat the shit out of some people. Even if it's bad, it's gonna be high on the snark quotient.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Then he relapsed

I thought his character consistently good after TPTB realised that the audience just wasn't interested in the behind-the-curve POV he'd been occupying. In fact, I'd cite "ONE IN FIVE, BITCH, ONE IN FIVE!!!" was when he kicked the shark right in the head -- and that he didn't slide back after that.

Kiss me, my girl, before I'm sick.

Will won me over in the scene in S1 finale where, battered and bleeding, he threw himself into SpyDaddy's arm and said, "Thank you." Man, the expression on Jack's face at that killed me.

Actually, that may be my Jack Bristow thing rather than the Will thing, because I can't remember much of what happened to Will after that.

Art Crawl!!!

Dana!!! That's EXCELLENT news.

I wonder if they'll make him do an English accent?
