I've been watching Sports Night from netflix. I'm up to disc 4. I'm about half way through the episode where Dana has an epiphany about dating Casey. And there's a ratings guy.
But mostly I care about Dana and her epiphany and how this will effect Casey.
And I'm not all DanNCaseytheirloveissopure!! Because, while I can see them together, I don't
want
them together.
I want Dana and Casey together. Because---she's so earnest and kind of strange and ... he knows that she's funny. And I'm about to turn into a big sap.
Heee. Matt Groening has been watching Farscape.
That's frelling hysterical. I'm also enjoying the image of Chiana inevitably choking comic book guy to death with his own chains.

IIRC, the ratings guy is Dana's (Felicity Huffman) real life husband, William H Macy.
I liked when Sam unexpectedly
stood up to the network idiots
.
Sam. Sigh. The conversation between Dana and Sam about the
musket?
I melted into puddles of goo. In all my years of watching William H. Macy in TV and movies, I hadn't realized how damn attractive he was until that moment.
Oh, yeah. It was a total conversion moment. Sam is funny and sexy and wry and completely fucked up. Love him.
More people should write Sam/Dana. I asked for it for yuletide. Sigh.

I don't think Matt writes those comics. Still hysterical though.

Oh, yes. He'd annoyed me up to that point. From there on it was true love.
ScifiWire has an article chockful of SG-1 spoilers.
