ALMOST ALL??!?! What is it with these non-deadbeat dads and their lack of compassion for my needs?
So entirely inconsiderate. Clearly they don't understand the power of ita's needs, or that she can kill them with her pinkie.
Seriously, I'm happy for him that they're able to work around his schedule. But it must be exhausting. Also, confusing, to be filming several episodes at once. The Henson crowd shot two episodes of Farscape at a time for the first half of season 1, and they said it was horrifically confusing and complicated, so they stopped after 6.
My needs are very powerful. He better be careful, too, since it's SoCal he's spending his down time in. I would have to give him a very stern talking to, if I were to pass him on the street.
I imagine it would be insane filming -- didn't they do it a bit last season? Michael Shanks said something like "Sam seemed to be in danger. A lot of danger."

Yeah, they were filming scenes from Grace and Death Knell at the same time, and he was all "we kept having these scenes where Sam was in trouble, and I wasn't entirely clear what kind of trouble she was in, but she needed help now dammit!"
ALMOST ALL??!?!
See, and I was all, "Oh, thank god." I guess it could be my lack of ability to kill people with my pinkie that makes me grab and run with whatever they give me. I gotta work on that.
"we kept having these scenes where Sam was in trouble, and I wasn't entirely clear what kind of trouble she was in, but she needed help now dammit!"
That makes me laugh.
Compltetly non-topical ... "Come Sail Away" is a fantabulous song to sing along to while driving. I don't think I particularly liked it back in the day. Now it makes me smile. And sing very loudly. Just recently.
And now? I'ma watch "Revenging Angel." Hee!
Okay, apparently I hadn't watched as much of S3 Farscape as I thought. I had only watched through "Different Destinations." Tonight I watched "Eat Me" and "Thanks for Sharing." And, you know, you can pinpoint the exact moment the pain climbs up on the starting blocks and gets ready to dive in.
And now? I'ma watch "Revenging Angel." Hee!
Quite an appropriate response there, actually.
Have you gotten to "Scratch and Sniff" yet?
Wow, the run of Revenging Angel, Choices, and Fracutures was quite good -- first and last being my faves. RA cracked my shit up. I mean, really. For whatever reason, Harvey's line about Crichton, "... mule-headed, reckless, and probably brain dead before I met him ..." just had me rolling. In fact, I think I decided to change my tag to that for a bit. Astronut, heh. Looney Tunes. "I love science fiction!" (Oh, and I have such strange allergies ... D'Argo, when the ship started listing everything that was at the ready for him at the end? Awww. See? Weird.)
Choices. Poor Aeryn. She even looks beautiful when she's sad, depressed, and strung out, though. I was cringing for Crais in the hallway scene (Crais is worming his way into my ... esteem? Sort of? I dunno.) The weird little baby-headed, four-eyed channeller? Eww. I think this may have been one of the eps I caught back when it was airing for real ... in retrospect, I see why I had no clue.
Now, Fractures just broke me. His face going from excited to WTF when he sees Aeryn for the first time? Poor Crichton. Thoroughly screwed and not even close to his ish. Also, the John talking to John scene and the final, "I'm going after Scorpy," scene. Well, and Jool and Crais with the boolite? Kinda funny.
Have you gotten to "Scratch and Sniff" yet?
No, actually -- it's lost in the U.S. Post void somewhere. Theroetically, it should have gotten here when ... the Infinite Possibilities run did, but USPS is giving me no love. Plus, today, no mail (grrrrrr....). I'm hoping to get it tomorrow. A funny one, too?
That Jool and Crais interlude was one of the funniest things in that season
A funny one, too?
Whoa. My post from this morning got totally lost somewhere. Weird.
Anyway, yes, very much so, and there's an interesting production story someone'll pass along once you've seen it.
Okay, even my hardened and selfish heart has to give at this, and I'll be nicer from now on.
Disappointed, but nicer.
