Up until the punching, it was a real nice party.

Boxed Set, Vol. 1: Smallville, Due South, Farscape

A topic for the discussion of Farscape, Smallville, and Due South. Beware possible invasions of Stargate, Highlander, or pretty much anything else that captures our fancy. Expect Adult Content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.

They went back to where they'd left him, god knows why. And he was still there, but in a different Leviathan.

It's Farscape: you're contractually obligated to handwave the plot.

Gotta love an actor who, faced with William Shatner's "Get a Life" fan questions scenario, could actually quote chapter and verse back at the fans.

Oh, yes. The man's a total geek. And he loves his show, which is just marvelous beyond words.

Hell, his wife loves his show. When he's out of town, she watches the dvds, to see John Crichton in leather.

BWAH!

And YAY, Farscape talk!!!! I miss it. Haven;t been hanging around this thread much lately.

But I was thinking about Farscape last week, when I caught the episode where one of the Johns dies. I was blown away by the final ten minutes, especially that last image of Aeryn cradling the body of her dead lover. Wow.

I was charmed (albeit somewhat perplexed) by the fannish sensibility of many of the music choices -- it's like the director was trying to vid Canada. --loligo on the Olympic Opening Ceremonies

I just rewatched... oh, I think it's 'Til the Blood Runs Clear. Anyway, the episode where we meet short-grungy-female-mechanic woman (who I'm fond of, even though she's evil). There's an episode which has different resonances a few years later...

Furlow!

And the actress, Magda Sugdanzki (sp?) is apparently really popular in Australia, for her role as an athletic woman of questionable orientation (and coordination) on Kath and Kim.

Sean, Infinite Possibilities really makes me sniffly. I need to watch some more season 3 dvds, I think.

Art Crawl!!!

Polter, ita -- I was thinking the same thing. Especially given the age of the file that was sent back.

Wow, timely discussion. I just finished the Infinite Possibilities episodes about ... two minutes ago? Allergies ... yeah. I was thinking the same damn thing about liking Furlow, even though, yeah, evil. I am looking forward to seeing how Aeryn handles being around John the Other again. How soon before the Talyn peeps and the Moya peeps see each other again?

Somehow I got eps 14 & 15 before 12 & 13. Huh.

After TJ's death, Jen, it's pretty quick. I think you have Revenging Angel and then The Choice, and then Fractures is where the crews rejoin.

You're lucky. After Fractures, we had an eight month hiatus before the final 4 of season 3 aired. Good god, it was insane.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

Hee. Revenging Angel.
