Boxed Set, Vol. 1: Smallville, Due South, Farscape
A topic for the discussion of Farscape, Smallville, and Due South. Beware possible invasions of Stargate, Highlander, or pretty much anything else that captures our fancy. Expect Adult Content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.
But The Tok'ra is some of the worst costuming ever, and I include TOS in that.
Dear god, woman, have you forgotten about the Daleks?
have you forgotten about the Daleks?
No. That's how much the Tok'ra make me sad.
There's a really really funny interview with Ben Browder posted over at WatchFarscape. No spoilers, and a lot of jokes about leather and body waxing. Funny, funny guy.
ita, yeah, I think I may be subscribing to that theory now.
(Moving conversation from Movies)
In "Chricton Kicks," where do Chiana and Rygel come from? I thought he was hallucinating them until I read the back of the box, which says, "Reunited with former shipmates Chiana and Rygel." But where did they come from? And when? And how?
Chiana and Rygel and D'Argo all left to "go home". Well, D was going home, Chiana was looking for her brother & the Nebari Resistance, and Rygel was going home to regain his throne.
Except they forgot the Peacekeepers were still after them for blowing up Scorpius' command carrier. (Insert here mandatory snark at plot-related stupidity.) So they ran, and somehow ended up back at the Leviathan burial ground where they'd left Crichton and Moya.
There's a lot of "Crichton Kicks" that's a little confusing. Like, how John found Elack, for one.
Anyway, I haven't watched it in a while, but, IIRC, Chiana and Rygel hooked up when they had to go on the run after the "Wanted" hologram thingies were sent out by Grayza, and god only knows how they found Crichton.
t edit Oh, *right* -- Moya was at the Leviathan burial grounds to bury (is it "burial" if it's in space?) Talyn when she was sucked through the wormhole. John was left there at the burial grounds, and Elack because had gone there to die, which is how he hooked up with *that* leviathan.
Well, John was in a Leviathan burial ground, or not far away. Searose wrote a great story that addresses a lot of these questions.
and somehow ended up back at the Leviathan burial ground where they'd left Crichton and Moya.
It's the "somehow" that I'm wondering about. They show up in between act breaks, and that's just that.
and god only knows how they found Crichton.
Yes, exactly. See above.
