Buffy: You tossed that vamp like he was a... little teeny vamp. Riley: You wanna go again? C'mon. I bet this place is just teeming with aerodynamic vampires.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

Hey, if you really want to complicate things, they did a bunch of retconning w/r/t Trills, which first appeared on NextGen. Crusher fell in love the guy, something happened with his host, and they put the symbiote in Riker.

ObStargate: Poor Martouf.

Thrive to spite them

And the symboite in Riker acted almost the same as a G'ould.

Plus NextGen Trills didn't have spots, their noses had a different shape.

And I think that was the first time anyone in the Federation had seen a Trill...at least Crusher didn't know what the thing inside the guy was.

DS9 Trills were a major retcon.

Wait, so she had two Trill flings? Or is it little Crusher you're talking about.

Those spots were pretty hot. t /strange

Kiss me, my girl, before I'm sick.

I'm watching the Fri two-parter deal of DS9--it seems to be the fourth season opener--and Sisko is making moony eyes at Lady McPalmer! Dude.

This two different schedule thing is confusing, but I guess not half as confusing as it is for those who are watching SG for the first time. The only eps from S3 I've watched are the S3 openers (in which Odo finds out his people are the evil founders. Oh, the humanity!) and Past Tense two-parter, both of which kicked serious ass. What a good show. I even like the opening credit theme with the fanfare--very majestic.

Before this one, they re-aired Necessary Evils, which is one of the episodes I've liked the best thus far. I love the backstory episodes. Must be the influence of all the flashback episodes from the Jossverse shows.

I have no insight into the Trill vs. Tok'ra debate, except to reiterate that I wish to God *someone* would write a Jack/Jadzia fic as a part of the multiverse2004 challenge. t bats eyes at fic-writing Buffistas

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Could you make it a fic in which Jack has already met (and disliked) Kurzon?

The timeline might be a wee bit complicated. IJS.

You have no sunspots affecting WORMHOLES, Dana?

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

Me? No. Especially since I'm not writing the damn thing.

So what, you'd have the Stargate crew get tossed into the future? Sam could geek out with O'Brien over the tech, Daniel and Bashir could make goo-goo eyes at each other...

wait, my issues are creeping in.
