Spike: We got a history, him and me. Fred: What? Spike: It was a long time ago. He was a young Watcher, fresh out of the academy when we crossed paths. It was a, what-you-call battle of wills and blood was spilled. Vendettas were sworn. It was a whole-- Fred: My God you're so full of crap. Spike: Yeah. Okay.

I was charmed (albeit somewhat perplexed) by the fannish sensibility of many of the music choices -- it's like the director was trying to vid Canada. --loligo on the Olympic Opening Ceremonies

Trust me, IT'S NOT WORTH IT.

So very, very true. Though KHC's Tyr is almost worth it, early on. And the Screw You, Sorbo! clip show is very funny, on a meta level.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

The show had promise. And the Screw You! clip show is just a really great clip show, before you even get into the meta (the whole publicly disgruntled writers thing).

You always do this. We get tipsy, and you take advantage of my love of the scientific method.

What a mess it is. I couldn't follow the plot at all. I used to like this show a lot. I even liked Sorbo back then. At least Rommie's got better hair than the last time I saw her (not really saying much).

Danger is my middle name, only I spell it R. u. t. h. - Tina Belcher.

I really liked the show before the star got too big headed for anyone's good.

(Looks at mental notes, and realizes that The Sexy is probably not what they're all thinking about for Dick's.)

My mental notes look an awful lot like your mental notes. And Bruce is The Grim Sexy. And Tim is... t drools on the plastic sleeve containing Robin #119

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

Oh, I'm going to hell.
Yes. And likely taking me with you.

Happily, I should add. Damn.

Tim.

Oh, Tim, Tim, Tim.

We're not even going to touch on Babs or Canary at the moment. I've got way too much to do before bunktime.

S to the A -- using they/them pronouns!

Andromeda was pretty good--or at least watchable--for the first three seasons. Sorbo wasn't that fucking annoying, Harper was a woobie, Tyr was....nguh. There were sexy guest stars, James Marsters, Michael Shanks, Chris Judge. But right about the third season, my mental filter cuts off and goes straight to A Warrior's Recreation.
