It's 'brunet' for a male, though that isn't much used.
Boxed Set, Vol. 1: Smallville, Due South, Farscape
A topic for the discussion of Farscape, Smallville, and Due South. Beware possible invasions of Stargate, Highlander, or pretty much anything else that captures our fancy. Expect Adult Content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.

In fact, I'd say that's an obsolete useage.
Though a pretty, pretty word.
Oooh. Desperate Measures is on. I heart this episode. It's got Maybourne at his smarmist and the most charming simultaneously; Adrian Conrad; Simmons, who was one villain in SG-verse who genuinely creeped me out instead of made me roll my eyes; Coldly-enraged!Carter; And Jack out of uniform and hotter than any guy his age has a right to be. Yumm.
I read an essay that posited that it would be possible for Lex to not change really much at all (from Season 1 or 2), and still end up in the adversaries position, if Clark starting always believing the worst about him.
Not likely, though.
I think Lex killing Lionel is the capper to the transformation. In my own personal vision of the ending episode/arc, we get that, Lex's exit from Smallville (the town), and Clark flying. I think the tornado ep was intended to be foreshadow-y.
I tend to put a lot of the onus on Clark. Without Clark close by, I think Lex tends toward much more Machiavellian tactics. So, I think/want something to happen with/to Chloe, and Clark to blame Lex.
Man, on the Farscape front I just saw THE WAY WE WEREN'T.
Talk about an allergy inducing episode. MMMM, that's some good TV.

See, I can't cope with Simmons. I get Q flashbacks, and am distracted by the question of why he's got a military rank but only ever wears a suit, and so I was glad when he went.
On the plus side, Harry! Harry makes everything better.

I love Harry and Jack together. I rewatched their scenes in that ep a couple of times when I had the DVD recently. The scene around the truck, especially. They're just funny together.

And as Shaye says, "the Muppets will make you cry."
Kickass episode. The writer went on to work for CSI: Miami, which is... kind of a shame, really.
He's actually on regular CSI, if that helps.
