No, it's a clip show all the way through, though it's really more White House people.
I liked it, actually, but then I was quite taken with Hayes, and I like political stuff.

Don't they always do clip shows for season finales? They did the first two seasons, I'm pretty sure. It's actually very light in clips for a clip show.
I'm having a hard time shaking the Teal'c.
Yup, it's a bit disturbing, and additionally unsettling because Crichton doesn't *know* how weird it is.
I like the President. Which is kind of breaking my suspension of disbelief, since I cannot imagine this guy running with Kinsey.

Yeah, he's fun.
I do like William Devane's president. It's just that I CANNOT stand Kinsey in any shape or form. He's such an annoyingly one-dimensional villain that even when he's actually taking a position with which I can sympathize, I just want to give him a giant wedgie.
I'm not spoiled, but my guess is that William Devane will not die. Because this show? Is Stargate, not Angel.

They did the first two years, and then again last year. Presumably they're saving money to blow stuff up with in the finale.

Kinsey must come off as less of an asshat in public, or something.
You know, I'm enjoying Kinsey more this season, and I have no idea why. I actually feel a little embarassed about it, because yeah, totally one-dimensional. I dunno. Maybe it's just that we're seeing him in his context instead of "ours," and that's making a difference for some reason.

He used to be the lieutenant on NYPD Blue.
A-ha! See, this is what I meant. Woolsey is somebody with enough interesting layers that I can get behind them.
Oh! Oh! Bring back Harry! I lurve him.
