"In the equation E = mc⬧, c⬧ is a pretty big honking number." - Scola

Can I just mention how not suspenseful a helicopter chase over open water is? They're hiding behind ships, which, okay, but if the other helicopter just went... higher....

All is well that ends in pizza.

See Clark? If you don't stop it, you'll go blind.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Wow. This is the dumbest Smallville I've seen in a while.

Sure, there are 24 minutes, left, but still ...

That's the pain / That cuts a straight line down through the heart / We call it love

Argh. This, of course, would have to be the only episode so far this season I've actually managed to get someone else to watch with me. Of course, we missed the first 20 minutes, not to mention I've only seen bits and pieces of the season so far, so we were both pretty confused. All I could do was promise that the Season 1 DVDs would show her the way and the light and the HoYay. Sigh.

I stand by my earlier position. That was AWFUL. My worst ever.

However, it had one up side.

Just the one, though.

"I keep to a strict diet of ill-advised enthusiasm and heartfelt regret." Leigh Bardugo

I LOVE the glasses they had on him. Way adorable. But yeah, the only saving grace of the episode.

However, it had one up side.

That was pretty much all I was thinking during the whole ep as well. Fast work there, ita.

Somebody kill Lana and her "dramatic" downward glances for me, please?

And because I don't have time to catch up in Natter today (or at least I i shouldn't be catching up in Natter today):

RE: O.C.

Seth: "He makes *Marissa* seem funny" about Summer's boyfriend was maybe the best line in the last several weeks.

And WTF is up with no new O.C. for a month??!! I mean, my eyes could have rolled right out of my head with what happened at the end of last night's ep, but still. I need Seth and Summer. New Seth and Summer.

Up with the sun

Smallville was pretty dumb. I agree Tom Welling in glasses was the one saving grace.

Art Crawl!!!

You know, they've already run 17 episodes of The OC -- I bet they're trying to save some for later.

Thanks for the screencaps ita -- LOVELY.

My favorite part of the episode. Which I didn't hate. (Perhaps I'm really really starved for new episodes.)

I'm almost tempted to watch the episode again to make good notes so I can try and convince Sumi to hate it.

But ... I'd have to watch the episode again, so you're safe.

Plus, I think I already deleted it. I still have this week's Mutant X, because it was better TV. That's just not right.

Thanks for the screencaps ita -- LOVELY.

Man, the moment I realised where they were going, I rushed to the TV card in my PC. Whoot. Somehow the glasses normalise the freakish part of his prettiness, and leave me way pleased.
