Was that in a Carter episode?
I had big issues with Scully and her SuperDuper Magic Reagents for a 6 hr southern blot in... I forget which mytharc episode. Redux I, I think. Minor thing to get pissed about, especially in comparison to her elastic gestation period in S8, but it totally got my gall since I had spent 2 solid days (accompanied by much cursing and hair-pulling) doing the same procedure a few weeks back.
Well, it's nothing compared to Sam Sam the WunderScientist, I guess.
Yeah, well I'm convinced that Scully must have been huffing some of Granny Naronti's forget-me powder the way she kept resetting to skeptic mode. I guess she must have run out about the time that Doggett showed up (or gave him her stash).
Maybe THE TRUTH is that the whole thing was a mind control experiment on FBI agents.
I thought the TRUTH was Mulder and Scully were going at it like rabbits on metamphetamines since season 2 all the while CC was yammering about plausible deniability.

Yeah, but half of the technology Sam plays with looks like gigantic Lite Brites. She's got plausible deniability.

Trudy, have you been watching The West Wing?

Hey, anybody remember John Doe? "That's the binary code for MS-DOS"?
Mind you, I never tried to be a fan. I still like pulling that out every time this comes up. I mean, never mind the idea that Daniel would understand languages which diverged from the ones he's studied several thousand years ago, or that the cultures would be completely unchanged, or the gate systems' vulnerability to a
computer virus...
Sorry. Actually, that didn't bug me, it was just the part where they end up uploading the fix to a DHD that startled me.

We're talking about technology that can be powered by a) attaching a car battery to it with jumper cables or b) wrapping vines around it. I see no reason not to assume it runs Windows.
Katie is wise. AlthoughI think all they needed to do those times was spin the dial. I think.
Wow. Those are
some open-minded anti-government kidnappers, there. Who'd'a thunk they'd believe him?
(Edit. Difference between i and s, apparently.)
