Xander: Am I right, Giles? Giles: I'm almost certain you're not. Though, to be fair, I haven't been listening.

Danger is my middle name, only I spell it R. u. t. h. - Tina Belcher.

Thanks DX, he's been on the show before, that's where I've seen him.

"We are the Goon Squad and we're coming to town...Beep! Beep!" - David Bowie, "Fashion"

So I screwed up taping the Farscape ep. Twice Shy. The summary I read makes it sound fun - did I miss something worth making an effort to catch up on?

It's ok if you like spiders.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I had a sudden panic about this season of Stargate:SG1. Can someone spoil me a little? Does RDA leave the cast?

I was charmed (albeit somewhat perplexed) by the fannish sensibility of many of the music choices -- it's like the director was trying to vid Canada. --loligo on the Olympic Opening Ceremonies

ita - No. He's signed for next season, with, as far as I know, the same time commitment as this season.

Thank you. I have no idea why that thought entered my head, and now I can leave it alone.

"In the equation E = mc⬧, c⬧ is a pretty big honking number." - Scola

Well, I know why the thought entered your head, it's that damn ad they keep showing over, and over, and over... Which totally abuses the "he's gonna die!" cliche.

Or, that could be my head. But I always figure the ad-makers are trying to fool us. They hates us, they do. Always trying to trick us and take the preciousssss...

Unless they know we know ...

So we can clearly not choose the cup in front of them?

Precisely. Which is why I've decided to treat it all as noise, since the probabilities of them trying to trick us and double-bluffing are about equal. No plot-related information can come from this. They have hired a lot of very short women.
