Zoe: Preacher, don't the Bible have some pretty specific things to say about killing? Book: Quite specific. It is, however, somewhat fuzzier on the subject of kneecaps.

'War Stories'

Boxed Set, Vol. 1: Smallville, Due South, Farscape

A topic for the discussion of Farscape, Smallville, and Due South. Beware possible invasions of Stargate, Highlander, or pretty much anything else that captures our fancy. Expect Adult Content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.

"I keep to a strict diet of ill-advised enthusiasm and heartfelt regret." Leigh Bardugo

This so wasn't supposed to be the TV thread.

Yep, exactly. So... that leaves us with Natter or PF or a random hijacking of other threads on a roving basis. It would be like spot The OC discussion.

Just kidding on the last bit.

Thrive to spite them

Fraser and his two Rays are staying in the title.

I have to finish watching what S2 episodes I have. I want to rewatch North again. I think that's the Blind!Fraser episode.

And I have Picture Claire coming from Netflix in a few days, that will be one more movie marked off my list of CKR movies. I've been trying to get my hands on Buried on Sunday, it's available really cheap to order at Circuit City, just under a different name.

"In the equation E = mc⬧, c⬧ is a pretty big honking number." - Scola

I don't mind the OC love, cause y'all love it so much, but I do wish it were easier to skip past them. But hey, my issue. I just want something to bitch about, because I feel crappy and must pack and leave.

Oh, hey, here's the place to ask! I'm in search of a dS story (which my mind keeps insisting on reading as a subversive version of dom/sub) which entailed houses on stilts, curtains, and a blanket toss. It was very long. I believe the word "Chinook" was a section header. Anyone?

(Edit: Too short attention span to write it grammatically the first time, too anal not to correct it.)

I have a plan.

I know you're probably in the air by this posting.

Not much to go on, if you could 'hum' a few lines I'd be willing to look around for you.

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

Well, I don't watch Farscape or Due South, so I skip over those.

Another vote against PF, here.

Lord, no. But what about its own thread here?

Don't wanna talk about it until we're moved and comfy. Till then I suppose we shall OC natter where the urge takes us.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

It's going to be hard to convince people we need an OC thread when we just recently consolidated the Farscape, due South, and Smallville threads into this one.

Madrigal Costello - Nov 26, 2003 9:54:13 am PST #2463 of 10000
It's a remora, dimwit.

I think if the OC talk is heavily dominating, like if it takes up more than 75% of the thread compared to 25% being all the other shows put together, than I could see it getting its own thread. But for now it seems mostly discussion is just right after the episodes, the way it is for Alias, TAR, etc. - so there'll just be blobs of it for non OCers to skip over, just as non Smallvillers would skip over the blobs of Lex&Clark talk.

"Look, Fraser, you want to be the love of my life? It's simple. Just stick around. You got nothing else to worry about." Rowan.

Emily, I think that you are looking for the wonderful "True North" by Crysothemis - it has the blanket toss and the house on stilts/curtains as storylines.
