Saffron: You won't tell anyone about me breaking down? Mal: I won't. Saffron: Then I won't tell anyone how easily I got your gun out of your holster. Mal: I'll take that as a kindness.

It's a remora, dimwit.

Martha was busy trying to find the right canister to stick the bullet into, since she'd already used the flour one for the bit of the ship.

What I did like was having Clark just fall down and yelp and cry when he got shot, just like he always has a huge reaction whenever he actually gets hurt. Since he doesn't have years of experience with pain, whenever he experiences it, it just floors him every time.

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

What he has had makes up for that lack, I think. An injury that scars one's entire torso up, not to mention getting shoved into a blast furnace while the invulnerability's still flickering back into use certainly outdoes any pain I've ever had to keep a stiff upper lip about.

t minor nitpick

They established that Chloe knew Lex Luthor bought the school computers and had them installed.

It was Lionel that bought and installed the computers for the school.

t minor nitpick

It was sooo ridiculous that Clark's files were the only ones not on the school computers as well. If Chloe thought the computers were vulnerable, which clearly she did, why keep any of that stuff on there? Also - why aren't they doing anything w/Clark's blood already? They have traded it back and forth, killed people over it and has anybody tested it? Would Lionel really need Chloe's info on Clark if he had the test results saying that Clark was A BIG FAT ALIEN? It's not like Chloe really knows anything concrete anyway. Ahh Smallville. So pretty. So illogical.

Also, Plei - where I can find this Lana the Vampire Slayer once you're done with it? No, I'm not impatient. Not me.

D'oh. It's all these L's mixing me up. Plus, whenever I type Lionel, I have to force myself not to follow it with Ritchie. Though it did let one know early that Helen had no chance with the Luthor's unless she changed her name, or just shortened it to Len.

Clark's definitely going through a ton of stuff now, though it seems most of his non-kryptonite related injuries don't really cause much pain, or if they do, he heals so quickly that it's over in an instant. And he knows nothing of the little every day injuries like paper cuts, coffee burns, toe stubbing, frostbite, etc.

My anger at being stuck at work on a beautiful Saturday has led me to spoiler hunting for Sville.

And I found a happy: Michael McKean has been cast as Perry White. Whee! I love him and am kind of surprised to see him back on network TV (but more undserstandable since he is Mama Kent's husband in RL). He was so great in his X Files eps. I would link to his IMDB page - but I don't know how links and spoiler font get a long...There are a ton of other spoilers out there, but nothing too great. Surprise. Surprise. 3.06 should be uhm - intersting. It's a 40-years-ago flashback to Lex's and Papa Kent's parents/grandparents w/KK and TW playing non-Lana and Clark characters.

I also saw a vague spoiler about Lionel having Lex committed to an insane asylum where he beats up an orderly. Lovin some crazy and violent Lex.

It also seems that the FotW this season are coming straight from the comics - so far there is a mini-Magneto and a Siryn or Banshee Jr. from X-Men.

Art Crawl!!!

Saw many Smallville previews this weekend. Okay, are Lana and Clark skinny dipping in the meteor lake? Is Clark really that idiotic?

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

This is the same Clark who spent three months being EVILE and yet didn't get laid, right?

"Mister Spock is on his fanny, sir. Reports heavy damage."

Well, but his boyfriend was marooned on a desert island. Clark was saving himself.

Also, evil? Piffle. I think I incur more evil points every time I use the corporate postage machine to put postage on my personal letters. (NOTE TO COMPANY FIREWALL PEOPLE: I am joking.)

Art Crawl!!!

He was evil in the sense that he yelled at people and just wasn't very nice.
