Friends don't let friends read "Atlas Shrugged"

Did anyone else get a snicker when the cop looked at Clark's bloody shirt and Pa says "barbed wire accident"? or is it just my sense of humor taking a detour?

Art Crawl!!!

That was a good Karen Sisco!

I think that when Lyon's Den dies, Kyle Chandler should join Karen Sisco as some sort of cousin on her dad's side -- because he and Robert Forster have this resemblance.

Did anyone answer ita's question about Nip/Tuck?

No, you did not miss any episodes. They appear to have RUSHED to an end and skipped muchly. I don't know what happened. (Maybe in addition to the drug kingpin stuff they will attempt resolution of this next week.)

So, was Smallville good? Did I miss anything incredibly important?

Did I miss anything incredibly important?

Hee. Just the thought of something incredibly important happening on Sville made me giggle.

The run-down of FreaksoftheWeek at the beginning of the ep was annoying but seems like it will serve some future purpose, perhaps.

I'm mostly just annoyed that the nudity referred to on Kryptonsite in Classic!Drew's ep next week is between Lana and Clark. Want Naked!Lex!!

I thought last night was a particularly good Chloe ep. I usually can't stand her, but I was on her side and stuff through most of it.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

Lana looked so cute in her bathing suit.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

The most important things, I guess are that a) Lex thinks something krypto-weird's up with him since he keeps improbably surviving, and b) Lana said she'd still love Clark if he were a meteor-rock freak.

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

I haven't watched the episode... but I think Lex may actually be onto something serious. He has survived a rather large number of improbable situations at this point. Maybe his krypto-power is merely... good luck.

Up with the sun

Maybe his krypto-power is merely... good luck.

Or it could just be that he's in the comics. Nah...

So can I ask a stupid question? I only saw about half of the Smallville episodes last year. In them, Lionel was blind. Now, he is not. What happened?

tina f. - Oct 16, 2003 7:51:56 am PDT #1188 of 10000

Lionel was blind. And then he wasn't - but he led Lex (and everyone) to believe that he was. And when Lex found out he wasn't anymore? Damn. That was some good reallypissed!Lex.

Okeydoke, but how did he get unblinded? And why was he faking being blind to start with, other than because PissedOff!Lex is hot?
