If I want to become a cloud of bats, does each bat need a separate vaccination?

The MSN thing is dated April 5

Oh, nevermind then.

Wait, is this real-world child support, where the money goes to buy food for the kids, or MRA fantasyland child support where the women just buy Ferraris and cocaine? -Jessica

YOU CANT BACK OUT ON A THIRD OR FOURTH, JESS.

OH YES I CAN!

Is this an official proposal? If it is, then I take back my takeback, and my third or whatever still stands. But since the article was from 4 days ago, the damage has likely already been done.

[eta:

That's not a formal "let's vote on it" proposal. That's a "can we discuss this option" thing.

See? SEE??? My thirding was purely a formality. So THERE.]

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

If the board is handling the volume, does that mean we'd be shutting down registrations for personal reasons?

I think it's an unofficially proposed suggestive suggestion. Or something.

I do need a place to talk Wonderfalls eps. Need need need.

I wasn't suggesting we shut down specifically because of the MSN article. But more because we've been mentioned in a number of places and we've certainly had a not-insignificant number of new regs in the last week. I think it might be beneficial to the board to shut down registrations for a few weeks and see how things shake out.

What is even happening?

I'll sub for Jess PTakeBacker. We're at member number 1413 right now. I think it was 1409 only a few hours ago.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

I think it would depend on ita saying that we're taxing our capacity too much to accomodate all the new people.

I haven't heard that yet.

Closing regs would be a significant change in our culture, and I wouldn't be inclined to set that precedent especially as it seems like the tide of attention is receding.

My personal lesson (your lesson may vary) during the thread closure push, was that we probably overreacted a little bit. Because I think we probably should've/could've kept Spoilers Lite among other things.
