"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

You're such an optimist, Hec.

My opinion may be colored by the fact that I'm getting married, going to New Orleans, going to the F2F and my book is coming out this year.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I don't think we'll be in a position to consider a cheaper host any time in the near future, and we can afford what we've got so far, so I'm not worried. If a lot of new people stick around, they'll cough up.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

The Bay City Rollers, now that's music. Giles, 'The Dark Age'

Heh. Giles supports me in random quotes.

How badly am I brainwormed on this syntax now? Last week I walked outside around lunchtime, fretting just slightly because my work clock and my watch and my computer clock disagreed about whether it was noon or not. Then the Ferry Building clock tower began chiming and I thought, "Ahhh, the bells support me in clarion tones."

No, I don't think I will - me, quoting Captain Steve Rogers, to all of 2020

To understand what happened at the diner, we shall use Mr. Papaya! This is upsetting because he's the friendliest of fruits.

Bureaucracy 3: Oh, so now you want to be part of the SOLUTION?

I'm with Big Popa Miracle Daddy on this one.

"We are the Goon Squad and we're coming to town...Beep! Beep!" - David Bowie, "Fashion"

Bureaucracy 3: Oh, so now you want to be part of the SOLUTION?

A tad hostile, but I likey.

Still liking "lurkers" though.

If I want to become a cloud of bats, does each bat need a separate vaccination?

Bureaucracy 3: Oh, so now you want to be part of the SOLUTION?

For this, I would forsake the traditional B'cy naming formula. Because it's perfect.

Shit's all sorts of different now.

Bureaucracy 3: Oh, so now you want to be part of the SOLUTION?

Yep. Gotta go with this.

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

It is the best one yet.

You always do this. We get tipsy, and you take advantage of my love of the scientific method.

I sense a bullshit consensus developing.
