A thought on the Job one

Bureaucracy 3: Like Job. No, really, just like Job.

Like Job, Only Moreso. ?

Also, thanks to tina for taking on the FAQ stuff, looks great.

I was charmed (albeit somewhat perplexed) by the fannish sensibility of many of the music choices -- it's like the director was trying to vid Canada. --loligo on the Olympic Opening Ceremonies

Like the Yoko Factor, Only Unscripted

B 3: Dead Horses R Us

I think that was the one we liked a while back. Really? I'm pretty easy with the title for Bureaucrazy. Whichever one wins will be fine with me, though I like this one too:

Bureaucracy 3: Do Not Taunt Happy Fun Cabal.

So all the ones I like are not the Like X, Only Y pattern, but again, they're all pretty good.

"Don't think of yourself as an organic pain collector racing towards oblivion." Dogbert to Dilbert

Bureaucracy 3: Like Job. No, really, just like Job.

I like this, because it's consistent with the earlier titles, but breaks, the "Like X, Only Y" format, which helps set up different structures for the next title.

t going off-topic

(I have Douglas Adams (who even wrote a text adventure called "Bureaucracy") in mind, but it works with John Adams, too.)

I loved this game. Never could get to the airport, except to drive by in the taxi.

(Totally off topic, was I the only one laughing my ass off when John Kerry got in such trouble for his "foreign leaders support me in email" espisode?)

That was my thought exactly. I couldn't explain to anybody why I found it so funny. I knew that people here would appreciate the irony.

Oh, that's hilarious.

I rather like the Yoko Factor one, but I do want to stick with the B'cy 3: Like X, Only Y pattern. I think they're amusing.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Ditto with the John Kerry.

It's possible I'm too sensitive, but I don't want us thinking this stuff is like Job.

But wasn't the end result of Job stuff good. Like his faith and all that (bad Christian).

Driveby posting - Thanks Cindy, Sean and everyone for looking out for us Passover folkses. As usual, I voted monkey.

For B'cy 3 I favor: lurkers, cabal, and dead horses.

The story just pisses me off: God and the Devil making bets about how much bad shit they can do to this poor guy. Sure, he gets his wife and kids back because he keeps faith and whatever, but STILL. t /my issues

No no, he gets a completely new set of wife and kids. The first set stays dead. (Sucks to be them.)
