I like Bureaucracy 3: The Lurkers Support Me in E-mail. but I figure that's only asking for trouble.
I think the "Dead Horses 'r' Us" is a good one.

Like the Yoko Factor, Only Unscripted
If we have to do a "like" title, I vote for this one.
I want anopther "Like X, Only Y" for #3 as a continuity thing. But "Talking till we can't go on" could work.
We Can Work It Out is blandly optimistic?! Have you listened to the lyrics? It's all about how if the listener would only agree than all would be well... that the singer could give in, but then tragedy would ensue.
It's not about working anything out... it's about caving in the end.
Personally I'd laugh if I saw, "Bureaucracy 3: Run by the Activist Cabal" but, you know, only because I think it's funny. It would undoubtedly ruffle too many feathers.
I'd rather stick with a "Like X, only Y" title. It's tradition!

Bureaucracy 3: You're NOT in the Cabal.
Bureaucracy 3: "I'm right!" "No, I'm right!"
Do Not Taunt Happy Fun Bureaucracy 3.

I kinda like this. But I also kind of like sticking with a Like X, Only Y title.

I think this has the ironic self-awareness that is the Buffista trademark. Plus, with the funny. Trouble? Bah, we laugh in the face of danger.
Bureaucracy 3: Like Adams, Only Loonier
(I have Douglas Adams (who even wrote a text adventure called "Bureaucracy") in mind, but it works with John Adams, too.)
