There ought to be a Buffista Dictionary. Things like "Nilly," "Meara," "____ likes carrots," "HSQ," etc.
Not in the FAQ or etiquette section; just a general idea. Because we actually have a fairly dense, layered idiolect.

"NAFDA" tripped me up when I was a wee newbie because I mentally inserted hyphens in the wrong places and ended up wondering why the board wanted to keep certain threads North-American-free. Seemed so harsh....
